My name is Sahr Moiwa, and I am the owner and chef of Urban Food Creations. I graduated culinary school with a focus on French cuisine. With over 25 years of experience, I emphasize the importance of taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Cooking is a lifestyle, and I am dedicated to showcasing my craft to all of you. I cook because it makes me happy, and will make you happy once you try my food. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or quinceñera, Urban Food Creations will leave you satisfied.

What sets me apart from the rest is my expertise in bringing together the taste of West Africa, specifically Sierra Leone, and mixing it with the urban flavors of San Jose, my hometown.
